Dark Adaptation’s monthly segment, “Missing, Murdered, Mysterious”, is designed to highlight unsolved cases of missing people, homicides, and mysterious deaths and focuses on BIPOC in North America.
MMM #5 Case Update:
In Episode #5 of MMM, we covered the death of Nadine Gurczenski, a woman found murdered in a rural Niagara town on May 8, 1999. When we originally released the episode on June 23, 2023, it was an unsolved case. In May 2024, the Niagara Regional Police Service announced they had solved her murder.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
