On May 8, 1999, Nadine Gurczenski’s body was discovered near the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Eighth Avenue, 8 km south of Vineland, Ontario. She was face up in the ditch, wearing nothing but knee-high stockings and no attempt had been made to conceal or cover her body. Nadine was primarily living in Toronto at the time of her death, but her body was found in the Niagara Region, nearly 100 km away.
